Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 16 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
