Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4255/2013

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 25 octombrie 2013.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal, și depune la dosar copia unui înscris.

Intimata solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare și depune un set de înscrisuri.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
