Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4217/2013

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată, comunicată intimaților. De asemenea, se arată că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 547/205/2011 a cărui strămutare se solicită se află pe rolul judecătoriei Câmpulung și are termen de judecată în data de 8 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
