Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10814/279/2010 a cărui strămutare se cere se află pe rolul Tribunalului Neamț și a fost soluționat la data de 16 iulie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
