Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare a fost comunicată intimaților. Se arată de asemenea că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 13469/300/2009 a cărui strămutare se solicită se află pe rolul Tribunalului București, secția a IV-a civilă, și are termen de judecată la data de 18 decembrie 2013.

Intimata R.M. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
