Agreement between the Cantons of Zurich and Thurgau concerning the definitive regulation of the ecclesiastical status of the Renggerschwil, Scheurli, and Emmerwies farms

1. The three estates of Renggerschwil, Scheurli, and Emmerwies, which previously belonged ecclesiastically to the Thurgau branch of Bichelsee and were subsequently united with the branch of Sitzberg on the Zurich side, are also recognized by the Thurgau side as being associated with Sitzberg and detached from Bichelsee.

1. From the Zurich side, specifically the three named estates, all rights arising from the previous ecclesiastical association with Bichelsee, such as a share in the church property, etc., are thereby waived. Furthermore, the government of the Canton of Zurich commits to pay the amount of 400 florins R.V. for the redemption of these three estates or as compensation to the municipality of Bichelsee.

1. The school conditions, on the other hand, are in no way affected by the provisions of § 1 and § 2.
