Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4227/2013

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare a fost comunicată intimatei. Se arată că în timpul ședinței de judecată, avocat B.L. a formulat cerere de amânare a cauzei pentru imposibilitate de prezentare, având termen de judecată la data de 2 octombrie 2013 și la Judecătoria Constanța. Atașează în dovedire extras de pe portalul instanței. De asemenea, se referă că potrivit ECRIS, sistemul național de gestiune informatică a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3948/121/2013 a cărui strămutare se cere se află pe rolul Tribunalului Galați, secția civilă și are termen de judecată la data de 10 octombrie 2013.
