statuendo sul ricorso 31 maggio 2005 del

la risoluzione 18 marzo 2003, n. 1181, con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha approvato il piano regolatore del comune di Fusio (ora Lavizzara);

preso atto che in occasione dell'udienza del 14 settembre 2005, i rappresentanti del ricorrente hanno dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:
