Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 9 octombrie 2013 și că intimata SC F. SRL a depus note scrise.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
