S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 19540/211/2012 al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 2 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
