Άρθρο 107 Saving — Ο περί Εργοστασίων Νόμος

107. Except where otherwise expressly provided, the provisions of this Law shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for or diminution of, the provisions of any other Law

Provided that no person shall be liable to be punished both under this and under another Law in respect of the same acts or omissions.
