AN ACT to make provision in respect of a Development Plan for the
period 1981-85.
BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and
consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament as
s e
. mbled,
This Act may be cited as the Development Plan for Malta Short title.
1981-85 Act, 1981.
The De v el o pmen t Plan for Malta 1981-85 pub1ished in the Development
English l a ngu a ge by the Economic Division of the Office of the Prime Plan.
Minister in August, 1981, in the book e n ti tled "MALTA
Guidelines

for Progress", shall for all in":ents and purposes of t h i s Act be deemed to
be the plan which 'shall serve as a basis and guide for pro m otin g an<;l
sus ta in i ng a steady economic and social progress in Malta through the
years from 1981 to 1985.
