AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding six million seven hundred

and fifty six thousand five hundred and seventeen Malta pounds for

the service of the financial year 1980.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Second (1980) Appropriation Act,

1. 1980.

A further sum not exceeding thirty nine thousand five hundred

and seventeen Malta pounds, to meet expenditure in respect of the

1980 and

financial year 1980 under the Votes specified in the Second Schedule to

transfer to

this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated

Contingencies

Fund.

Fund, provided that such sum shall be transferred to the Contingencies

Fund in replacement of withdrawals made out of this Fund to cover the

various services d�tailed in regard to such Votes in the Supplementary

Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1980.
