ACT No. III of 19%

AN ACTIO repeal the Emertainments Tax Act, Cap. 241.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliame nt

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

This Act may be cited as the Entertainments Tax (Repeal) S bon title .....

Entertainments Tax Act, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Ac,", Cap. Ul.

(2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on

the 1st January. 1995.

The principal Act is hereby repealed.

Notwithstanding the provisions or this Act, the provisions of SovirtJ.

the principal Act shall continue to apply full y wit h respect to any

enlenainmenl organised before the coming into force of this Act.
