Art. 4 : Regolamento sulla Procedura Edilizia (BVV)

Art. 4

1 Nel piano di situazione secondo l'articolo 3 capoverso 1 lettera a, le costruzioni e gli impianti permanenti devono essere rappresentati in nero, le nuove costruzioni e le modifiche in rosso, e le parti da demolire in giallo.

2 Nelle planimetrie, nelle sezioni e nei prospetti, le nuove costruzioni devono essere rappresentate in nero. In caso di modifiche, le parti costruttive esistenti devono essere rappresentate in nero, quelle nuove in rosso e quelle da demolire in giallo.

3 In caso di cambiamento di destinazione d'uso, la nuova destinazione deve essere sottolineata in rosso nelle planimetrie e quella originale in giallo.

4 In alternativa o in aggiunta alla rappresentazione in nero, rosso e giallo in un unico piano, possono eventualmente essere presentati piani separati con lo stato attuale e quello nuovo, previo accordo con l'autorità edilizia locale.
