Art. 3

1 Con la domanda di costruzione vanno in genere presentati i seguenti piani

a.36 Piano di situazione sotto forma di una planimetria catastale aggiornata secondo la misurazione ufficiale o di altro piano dello stesso contenuto e della stessa rappresentazione. Il piano di situazione fornisce informazioni circa la posizione e le distanze delle costruzioni e degli impianti progettati rispetto ai confini del fondo e alle costruzioni e agli impianti vicini. Inoltre, vi vanno rappresentati, nella misura in cui sono raffigurabili, i temi rilevati nel catasto delle restrizioni di diritto pubblico della proprietà (§ 2 del Regolamento cantonale sul catasto delle restrizioni di diritto pubblico della proprietà [RKÖRBP] del 27 giugno 20127). La conformità con i dati pertinenti e le norme di rappresentazione della misurazione ufficiale deve essere fatta attestare dall'ufficio di mutazione della misurazione ufficiale.
