1 Sostitutiva e l’applicazione di coazione immediata-
Coazione diretta deve precedere una relativa intimazione. Al obbligato
deve essere contemporaneamente fissato un termine adeguato per l’adempimento.
2 L’intimazione della coazione può essere congiunta con il
provvedimento da eseguire o essere emanata autonomamente. Essa non è
impugnabile con ricorso.
3 In casi urgenti si può prescindere da una intimazione della coazione.
