50 1 Il ricorso dev'essere inoltrato per scritto all'istanza di ricorso
entro 30 giorni. Nelle questioni attinenti ai diritti politici il termine è di
cinque giorni.
2 Il decorso del termine inizia il giorno seguente la comunicazione dell'atto
impugnato, in mancanza il giorno seguente la sua pubblicazione ufficiale
e in mancanza il giorno seguente la sua conoscenza.
3 In caso di particolare urgenza, l'autorità che ha emanato l'atto può
abbreviare il termine di ricorso fino a cinque giorni.
