50 La motivazione di un ordine può essere omessa se
a. le richieste dei partecipanti al procedimento sono interamente accolte;
b. ai partecipanti al procedimento viene comunicato che possono richiedere una motivazione scritta entro dieci giorni dalla notifica; il termine di ricorso inizia a decorrere dalla notifica della decisione motivata;
c. ai partecipanti al procedimento viene comunicato che possono presentare opposizione all'autorità che ha emanato l'ordine entro 30 giorni dalla notifica.
