1. Per altri procedimenti penali si applica una tassa di

a) * 40 a 1'200 franchi per il procedimento di conciliazione davanti al ministero pubblico;

b) * 90 a 6'000 franchi per gli altri procedimenti davanti al ministero pubblico;

c) * 90 a 2'400 franchi per il procedimento davanti al tribunale distrettuale;

d) * 190 a 6'000 franchi per il procedimento davanti al tribunale di circondario;

e) * 90 a 1'200 franchi per il procedimento davanti al giudice delle misure coercitive;

f) * 380 a 6'000 franchi per il procedimento d'appello o di revisione davanti al tribunale cantonale;

g) * 90 a 2'400 franchi per il procedimento di ricorso davanti alla camera penale del tribunale cantonale o a un giudice del tribunale cantonale e fino a 6'600 franchi per le richieste di assistenza giudiziaria internazionale;

h) * 90 a 1'200 franchi per i procedimenti davanti al tribunale dell'esecuzione di pene e misure e in altri procedimenti penali ai sensi della legge di introduzione al codice penale svizzero.
