Art. 44 LPA-VD - Notifica · Notifica
1. Le decisioni sono in linea di principio notificate ai loro destinatari mediante plico raccomandato o atto giudiziario.
2. Se le circostanze lo esigono, in particolare in caso di decisioni rese in gran numero, l'autorità può notificare le sue decisioni mediante plico semplice o in altra forma. La notifica deve in ogni caso avvenire per iscritto.
3. L'autorità può notificare le sue decisioni mediante pubblicazione del dispositivo nel Foglio ufficiale degli avvisi
a. a una parte il cui luogo di soggiorno è sconosciuto;
b. a un gran numero di partecipanti che non possono essere identificati senza costi eccessivi.
