Art. 3 LPA-VD - Decisione · Decisione
1. È una decisione qualsiasi misura adottata da un'autorità in un caso specifico, in applicazione del diritto pubblico, e avente per oggetto
a. di creare, modificare o annullare diritti e obblighi;
b. di accertare l'esistenza, l'inesistenza o l'estensione di diritti e obblighi;
c. di respingere o dichiarare inammissibili domande volte a creare, modificare, annullare o accertare diritti e obblighi.
2. Sono parimenti decisioni le decisioni incidentali, le decisioni su reclamo o su ricorso, le decisioni in materia di interpretazione o di revisione.
3. Una decisione ai sensi del capoverso 1, lettera b), può essere adottata solo se una decisione ai sensi delle lettere a) o c) non può esserlo.
