Art. 51 LARA · Identificazione

1. Le persone di cui all'articolo 49 devono segnalarsi presso il dipartimento.

2. Quest'ultimo può prendere qualsiasi misura utile all'identificazione di queste persone, in particolare rilevare le loro impronte digitali.
