Art. 23 LARA - Sussidiarietà · Sussidiarietà

1. L'assistenza ai richiedenti asilo è concessa a titolo sussidiario.

2. Non appena il beneficiario delle prestazioni acquisisce un reddito o percepisce prestazioni di assicurazioni sociali o da terzi, è tenuto a contribuire finanziariamente alla copertura delle prestazioni che lo Stato o l'ente gli forniscono.
