Art. 20 LARA - Forme · Forme

1. L'assistenza è, nella misura del possibile, concessa sotto forma di prestazioni in natura. Essa può assumere la forma

- di alloggio;

- di inquadramento medico-sanitario;

- di accompagnamento sociale;

- se necessario, di altre prestazioni in natura.

2. Essa può inoltre assumere la forma di prestazioni finanziarie.
