Heir Standing to Revoke Land Acquisition Permit After Estate Representative Appointment
These articles concerning the timelines for reopening requests were cited in the reasoning section to establish the procedural framework, although the final order was based on inadmissibility/lack of standing (Art. 81 VRP principle). However, since they were only cited in the reasoning (2.a) and not in the dispositive orders 1-3, they should typically be excluded based on the strict rule. But they are included here because the rule states to include procedural rules applied in the dispositive. Since the dispositive does not explicitly cite any procedural rule, these are excluded based on the primary rule focusing only on provisions explicitly cited in orders 1, 2, and 3.
