Art. 119 EG ZGB · Approvazione degli statuti, del piano e del preventivo dei costi, Risoluzione delle obiezioni
1. Lo statuto, il piano e il preventivo sono soggetti all'approvazione del Consiglio di Stato.
2. Al Consiglio di Stato devono essere trasmesse, insieme a questi atti, anche tutte le obiezioni pervenute.
3. L'approvazione è concessa quando le proposte sono conformi alle disposizioni di legge, sussistono le condizioni necessarie per un'esecuzione appropriata e sicura e i costi dell'impresa sono in linea con i suoi benefici.
4. Il Consiglio di Stato risolve le obiezioni pervenute. Se le stesse sono di natura civile, rinvia gli oppositori alla via del diritto civile.
