Art. 21A Legge sull'organizzazione giudiziaria (LOG)

1 Salvo disposizioni di legge contrarie, il presidente del tribunale liquida come giudice unico, in materia civile e amministrativa, le azioni, le istanze e i ricorsi manifestamente irricevibili, manifestamente infondati, pretestuosi o abusivi.

2 Rimangono inoltre riservate le competenze attribuite al solo presidente da altre leggi.
