Art. 8 LGA · Osservanza

1. Le istanze devono essere consegnate al più tardi l'ultimo giorno del termine ad un ufficio postale svizzero, ad una rappresentanza diplomatica o consolare svizzera oppure durante gli orari d'ufficio all'autorità competente.

2. Il termine è considerato osservato, anche se l'istanza è stata inoltrata in tempo utile ad un'autorità non competente.

3. Un pagamento all'autorità è stato effettuato per tempo, se entro il termine

a) l'importo è stato consegnato ad un ufficio postale svizzero oppure se

b) l'ordine di pagamento è stato consegnato alla banca o ad un ufficio postale svizzero per l'immediato addebito ad un conto in Svizzera e se l'importo è stato accreditato all'autorità entro i termini bancari usuali.
