Art. 7 LGA · Computo

1. I termini che iniziano a decorrere con una comunicazione, una pubblicazione ufficiale o con il verificarsi di un evento, iniziano a decorrere dal giorno seguente.

1bis. In caso di notificazione per via elettronica, la comunicazione è considerata avvenuta al momento della prima consultazione da parte del destinatario o del rappresentante tramite il sistema di trasmissione, tuttavia al più tardi il settimo giorno dopo la trasmissione al rispettivo recapito elettronico.

2. Se l'ultimo giorno del termine è un sabato, una domenica o un giorno festivo riconosciuto dallo Stato, il termine è prorogato fino al giorno feriale successivo.

3. Indicazioni di termini errate in una decisione non devono comportare svantaggi per la parte interessata.
