1. Ai reati punibili secondo il diritto cantonale si applicano per analogia le disposizioni generali del Codice penale svizzero.
2. Qualora, esplicitamente o secondo il senso della prescrizione, la comminatoria di pena non valga unicamente per l'atto intenzionale, è punibile anche l'atto commesso per negligenza.
