Art. 91 LCom · Rendiconto annuale e rapporto di gestione

1. I comuni patriziali devono ogni anno rendere conto dell'intera gestione finanziaria.

2. Entro la fine di settembre dell'anno successivo all'anno contabile, il rendiconto annuale deve essere presentato al Dipartimento unitamente al rapporto della commissione della gestione.
