Devono essere adempiute le esigenze di cui agli articoli 3, 6–16 h e 39–39 h dell’ordinanza del 22 settembre 1997 sull’agricoltura biologica.
Un gestore che abbandona l’agricoltura biologica ha nuovamente diritto al contributo per l’agricoltura biologica soltanto due anni dopo l’abbandono.
