Art. 3 OIB · Composizione

I commercianti, produttori e importatori sono autorizzati a consegnare bevande soltanto in imballaggi che al momento della raccolta, del trattamento o del riciclaggio da parte delle organizzazioni esistenti non comportano costi supplementari notevoli o difficoltà tecniche rilevanti.
