Art. 79 OSStr · Demarcazione di parcheggi

I posti di parcheggio sono contrassegnati esclusivamente da demarcazioni oppure contrassegnati a complemento della segnaletica.

I posti di parcheggio sono delimitati da linee ininterrotte. Al posto della linea ininterrotta può essere effettuata una demarcazione parziale. La demarcazione è bianca, per i posti nella «zona blu» è blu. I posti di parcheggio bianchi o blu possono anche essere contraddistinti da un rivestimento particolare che si distingua chiaramente dal resto della carreggiata.

L’inizio e la fine di una «zona blu» possono essere indicati per mezzo di una doppia linea trasversale di colore blu e bianco; la linea blu si trova sul lato interno della zona.

I posti di parcheggio possono essere riservati per mezzo di un simbolo alle seguenti categorie di veicoli e utenti: a. velocipedi e ciclomotori mediante il simbolo «Velocipede» (5.31); b. motoveicoli mediante il simbolo «Motoveicolo» (5.29); c. titolari di un «Contrassegno di parcheggio per persone disabili» mediante il simbolo «Invalidi» (5.14); d. veicoli elettrici in fase di ricarica mediante il simbolo «Stazione di ricarica» (5.42); e. veicoli occupati all’arrivo da un numero di persone pari almeno a quello riportato sul simbolo, mediante il simbolo «Covetturaggio» (5.43); f. velocipedi e ciclomotori per il trasporto di fanciulli, passeggeri o cose nonché velocipedi e ciclomotori trainanti un rimorchio, mediante il simbolo «Bici cargo» (5.31.1).

I posti di parcheggio riservati a determinate categorie di utenti sono contrassegnati in giallo. Anche i posti di parcheggio per velocipedi e ciclomotori possono essere contrassegnati in giallo.

Laddove i posti di parcheggio sono demarcati, i veicoli possono parcheggiare soltanto entro questi posti. I posti di parcheggio possono essere utilizzati solamente dalle categorie di veicoli alle quali, secondo le dimensioni, sono destinati. I posti riservati a una determinata categoria di veicoli o utenti possono essere utilizzati soltanto da tale categoria.
