Art. 697b CO

Se i ragguagli o la consultazione sono stati rifiutati in tutto o in parte o resi impossibili, entro 30 giorni gli azionisti possono chiedere al giudice di ordinare che i ragguagli siano forniti o la consultazione accordata.
