Art. 31 Legge sull'assistenza sociale pubblica (Legge sull'assistenza sociale, LAS) · Determinazione
1. Il Consiglio di Stato emana un regolamento relativo alla determinazione dell'assistenza economica.
2. È tenuto a rispettare le seguenti condizioni quadro
a) Parità di trattamento di tutte le beneficiarie e tutti i beneficiari dell'assistenza, tenendo conto delle differenze regionali,
b) Osservanza dei principi tecnici,
c) Creazione di sistemi di incentivo che conducano le beneficiarie e i beneficiari dell'assistenza verso l'autonomia e l'integrazione, in particolare verso l'assunzione di un lavoro,
d) Applicazione della variante a lungo termine più economica per il cantone e i comuni.
