Art. 98 Legge sulla Procedura Amministrativa (LPA) · Procedura, effetto sospensivo, misure cautelari

1. Per la trattazione della domanda di revisione si applicano mutatis mutandis le stesse disposizioni procedurali previste per la decisione impugnata.

2. L'autorità di giustizia amministrativa può, durante il procedimento di revisione, sospendere l'esecuzione della decisione impugnata e adottare ulteriori provvedimenti cautelari; a tal fine, può richiedere la prestazione di una cauzione.
