Art. 96 Legge sulla Procedura Amministrativa (LPAm) - Termine · Termine

1. La richiesta di revisione deve essere presentata entro 60 giorni dalla scoperta del motivo di revisione.

2. Dopo il decorso di 10 anni dall'emissione della decisione, una modifica o annullamento di una decisione è ammessa solo per i motivi indicati nell'articolo 95 lettera a.
