Art. 100 Legge sulla giurisdizione amministrativa (VRPG)
1. Se una decisione è incompleta o poco chiara, o se le sue disposizioni sono in contraddizione tra loro o con i motivi della decisione, oppure contiene errori di redazione o di calcolo, l'autorità di giustizia amministrativa procede d'ufficio o su richiesta scritta a fornire i chiarimenti o le correzioni necessarie.
2. La richiesta di chiarimenti o correzioni deve essere presentata entro 30 giorni dall'apertura della decisione; per la sua risoluzione non è necessario che le altre parti vengano sentite.
3. La richiesta di chiarimenti o correzioni non sospende il decorso del termine per i mezzi di impugnazione.
4. La decisione chiarita o corretta sostituisce quella originaria.
5. Per il resto si applica mutatis mutandis l'articolo 98.
