1. Per l'esecuzione di altri provvedimenti, l'autorità applica i seguenti mezzi di esecuzione in conformità con il principio di proporzionalità

a) l'esecuzione sostitutiva a spese della persona obbligata;

b) la coercizione diretta, se necessario con l'ausilio della polizia;

c) il perseguimento penale, laddove la legge preveda la pena.

2. In assenza di urgenza, il mezzo di esecuzione deve essere minacciato assegnando un termine ragionevole e, se del caso, facendo riferimento all'art. 292 del codice penale.

3. Se è stata ordinata un'esecuzione sostitutiva a spese della persona obbligata, la decisione sui costi è equiparata a una sentenza giudiziaria esecutiva.

4. Il termine di ricorso contro le decisioni di esecuzione è di cinque giorni; i motivi di ricorso sono disciplinati dall'art. 33.
