Art. 5 VRPG · b) Termine del Periodo

1. Se l'ultimo giorno del termine è un sabato, domenica o un giorno festivo riconosciuto dallo Stato, esso scade il giorno lavorativo successivo.

2. Un termine scade alle ore 24 dell'ultimo giorno. Si considera rispettato se l'azione pertinente è stata compiuta o se la documentazione scritta è stata consegnata alla posta svizzera o a una rappresentanza diplomatica o consolare svizzera entro tale termine.

3. Se la parte si rivolge tempestivamente a un'autorità incompetente del Cantone o a un'autorità federale incompetente, il termine si considera rispettato.
