1. Con il ricorso possono essere censurati tutti i vizi del procedimento di prima istanza e del provvedimento impugnato, mentre per i provvedimenti esecutivi (Art. 63) solo l'illegalità o l'inopportunità dell'esecuzione.

2. Sono ammissibili nuove allegazioni di fatto e nuovi mezzi di prova.
