Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4174/2013

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1188/207/2012 al Tribunalului Olt, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 21 mai 2013.

Se mai referă că petentul a depus note scrise la data de 26 septembrie 2013, iar intimata D.G. a depus la 27 septembrie 2013, concluzii scrise și acte.

Înalta Curte constată că în cauză nu sunt incidente dispozițiile noului C. proc. civ., având în vedere data înregistrării dosarului pe rolul instanțelor, respectiv 29 februarie 2012.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare ca fiind rămasă fără obiect, având în vedere că dosarul de fond a fost soluționat.
