Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4172/2013

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1424/215/2013 al Judecătoriei Craiova, secția civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat până la data de 24 octombrie 2013, în baza încheierii Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție, secția a I-a civilă, pronunțată în Dosarul nr. 3924/1/2013/a1.

Se mai referă că intimatul P.D.C. a înaintat la dosar, la data de 30 septembrie 2013, o cerere de judecare a cauzei în lipsa sa.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele expuse în scris de petenta.
