Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4136/2013

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 29342/197/2012 al Judecătoriei Brașov, a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat, în temeiul art. 1551 C. proc. civ., la data de 3 septembrie 2013.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
