Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4127/2013

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1175/110/2012 al Judecătoriei Bacău, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 20 mai 2013.

Petenta solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
