Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4125/2013

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 435/39/2013 al Curții de Apel Suceava, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 10 octombrie 2013.

Avocat B.M.D., pentru petenta, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
