Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4089/2013

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6605/318/2012 al Tribunalului Gorj, a cărui strămutare se. solicită, a fost suspendat la data de 27 iunie 2013 în temeiul dispozițiilor art. 242 alin. (1) pct. 2 C. proc. civ.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
