Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4088/2013

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 305/284/2013 al Judecătoriei Răcari, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 29 octombrie 2013.

Petenții au solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
